Silence, Like a Thought Straight Lines, was Michael De Feo’s second solo exhibition with Hexton Gallery. The show introduced a new collection of oil paintings that build upon his roots as a street artist while illuminating a new path. The narrative explored through marketing and social media initiatives built upon the artist’s history of painting on top of found images through his present-day body of work and the artist’s new exploration of painting oil on blank canvas. From fashion ads to a blank slate, the content created around the show provided an intimate view of the artist and this pivotal point in their career.
